We have everything from password-protected corporate stores to team spirit stores to individual profit-making stores. Our e-stores are designed to suit the needs of corporations, schools, Greek fraternities and sororities, athletic teams, fundraising committees, and people with creative talents looking to make a buck.

Company Stores

Branding Iron Studios offers custom, password protected, online company stores for our corporate customers.

Why Have a Company Store?

Company stores are the perfect way to ensure brand/logo consistency and budgetary controls over merchandise for employees and customer giveaways. In addition, consolidating the purchasing power of an organization’s promotional products through one source can result in a substantial cost savings for your company.

Company stores also offer time savings for employees responsible for ordering promotional products since all wearables, awards, and promotional products are already customized to the company’s specifications and all necessary artwork is on file.

How Does it Work?

One of our E-Store Specialists will work with representatives from your organization to create the right mix of products bearing your company’s logo and/or slogan for your store. The products represented in your company store are selected and approved by your team and Branding Iron Studios will ensure that the appropriate approvals and budgetary controls required for all orders are in line with your specifications. We will work with you to determine if orders should be master billed, billed to individual cost centers, and/or implement an approval and dollar limit control process when requested. We can also provide you with regular reports on orders processed through your company store.

Once your company store is ready, we will provide you with a password protected Web address. Your employees will then be able to place orders 24/7 via the Web site, or call us for fast, personal service.

As part of our company store support services, our E-Store Specialists will provide your representatives with regular updates of new product offerings to help keep your company store fresh and exciting. In addition, we can work with members of your team to create e-newsletters that announce new additions, award programs, and specials for your employees.

What products can I have in my store?

There is a lot of flexibility in the types of items you can have in your store, ranging from apparel, to desk accessories, to awards. The decisions on what to offer often center around whether or not your Company wants to carry the upfront cost associated with an initial inventory investment. We will work with you to decide what is the right mix of products for your goals and budget.

How much does it cost?

Branding Iron Studios offers e-Company stores as a complimentary web service. The initial cost of your store will depend on which items you choose to offer and how much of an inventory you want to keep on hand. Some companies will choose not to carry any inventory and simply allow their employees to order one item at a time (usually limited to apparel), but use the Company store to control "branding" efforts. Others will choose to make inventory investments to obtain quantity discounts. We will work with you to decide what is the right mix of products for your goals and budget.

How long will it take to set up my store?

This depends on the choices you make and the availability of the artwork needed to accurately represent your Company. Most Company stores can be up and running within 3-5 weeks.

What type of artwork do I need to get started?

Vector art is the best type of art to supply us with since it is the most versatile. We love .eps & .ai files. If you do not have the original vector files for your brand, we can assist you in recreating these files to ensure the best possible imprint for your brand. For a Company Store, you may need to supply various versions of your art to accommodate different imprint sizes and locations (i.e., logo with tagline, logo without tagline, logo with departmental taglines, logo with web address, etc).

iTeam Stores

Branding Iron Studios’ iTeam Stores are the perfect solution for teams organizing their uniform purchases and fundraising activities. By creating an iTeam store, you’ll never have to chase down money, gather sizes, or count players when it’s time to refresh your team’s look. With iTeam Stores, it’s as easy as 1, 2, 3!

  1. 1 Select & Design Your Stuff - Browse our extensive line of athletic apparel, choose the styles that fit your team’s needs, add your team’s logo, and put them in your iTeam store.
  2. 2 Email the Link to Your Team - Email your iTeam link to your entire group so they can order exactly what they need.
  3. 3 Play Ball - When the sign-up date ends, we’ll fill the orders, and you can keep playing ball!

 

What is an iTeam store?

iTeam stores are a simple way for teams to organize their uniform purchases and offer fundraising opportunities. Each player can order their sizes and quantities online.

What are the benefits of an iTeam store?

iTeam stores eliminate the hassles of collecting sizes and checks from individual players and they offer a quick and easy way to supplement a team’s fundraising activities.

What are the payment options for an iTeam store?

Orders can be individually paid for by each team member by credit card or master billed to the group after the sign-up date ends.

How will I know who has ordered?

Each item in your iTeam store has a real-time update of the other players on your team that have purchased that particular item. In addition, the Team Orders tab will show you what each person on your team has ordered.

What are the shipping options for an iTeam store?

Items can be shipped to each individual player or master shipped to one address to save money. You’ll make these decisions when you set-up your iTeam store.

Can I change or cancel my iTeam order?

Individuals can change or cancel their order at any time before the sign-up date has passed. Once the sign-up date has passed, orders are rushed into production and the customization begins.

How do I use my iTeam store for fundraising?

You can raise money for your team’s activities in two ways. First, you have the option of adding a mark-up to your team’s uniform purchases. We’ll tell you how much the item you have added to your store cost and you tell us how much you want to sell it for. If there is a difference, we’ll send you a check. The other way to earn money is to add products to the Fundraising section of your iTeam store. We recommend adding additional sweatshirts, t-shirts, other team spirit items for your fans to purchase throughout the season. Again, we’ll tell you how much each item cost, you tell us how much you want to sell it for, and we’ll send you a check for the difference.

How long will my iTeam store remain open?

Your iTeam store will remain open as long as you have orders every 18 months. If no orders have been received for more than 18 months, we’ll close your iTeam store. Of course you can set-up a new iTeam store at any time, but we recommend using the same one to keep it simple for your team.

What if there is something wrong with my iTeam order?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your iTeam orders. If there is anything wrong with your order, please call us at 888.773.6280 and we'll make it right.

Who can use an iTeam store?

iTeam stores are great for athletic teams, individual Greek fraternity/sorority houses and multi-house events, clubs, and school spirit organizations.

What if I need help with art for my iTeam items?

We can use your art, we can create or modify art for a reasonable price, or you can go to one of the many online art stores and look for art that suits your needs. We recommend checking out istockphoto.com and gettyimages.com for great mascot ideas and options.

Profit-Builder Store

Are you creative? Share your designs, doodles, ideas, slogans, fun sayings, and/or photography, pick your products and your profit margin, and we’ll do all the boring stuff from providing the store, to producing and shipping your items, to managing the returns, to sending you your profit check at the end of every quarter.

Fundraising Store

Fundraising is easy when you have your very own custom online store. You pick the products that best represent your cause, you decide how they will be imprinted, and you decide how much money your cause will make from the sale of each item. We provide the store, produce and ship the items, and send your profit check at the end of every quarter.

In addition, we are committed to supporting organized fundraising efforts for non-profit organizations. If you are a U.S. based 501(c)3 organization, Branding Iron Studios offers a generous Profit Matching Program (PMP) that may help you exceed your fundraising goals!
